Find Dell Service Tag or any serial number:
at CLI
C:\wmic bios get serialnumber
or
In Poweshell as administrator:
Get-WmiObject -Class Win32_Bios | Select-Object SerialNumber

Find computer model:
at CLI
C:\wmic csproduct get name
or
In Powershell as administrator:
Get-CimInstance Win32_ComputerSystemProduct

To remove all Microsoft Office products:
Download the Microsoft office deployment tool:
Use the sample and create a configuration.XML file containing:
(This is case sensitive)

<Configuration>
<Remove All="TRUE">
<Product ID="O365ProPlusRetail">
<Language ID="en-us" />
</Product>
</Remove >
<Display Level="None" AcceptEULA="TRUE" />
</Configuration>

Goto CLI as admin
Put the deployment tool in a folder with the configuration.xml
Run “setup /configure configuration.xml”
It should then silently remove all Microsoft Office
